  • How long does a typical project take?

    Timelines vary depending on the project’s scope. Upon booking a branding or packaging project, you'll receive first round concepts within 5-7 business days. Revisions will be returned within 3 days of submission. Design support tasks can take 3-5 business days.

  • What happens if I don't like any of your concepts?

    In short, you'd be the first. My design strategy provides 3 initial concepts based on our initial meeting that are tailored to your brand. Plus, I'll work with you on rounds of revisions until you're happy with the design. 

  • Do you offering printing and production services?

    While I don’t handle printing directly, I can recommend trusted vendors and provide print-ready files in the correct formats.

  • What file formats will I receive?

    You’ll receive high-resolution files in standard formats like PNG, JPG, PDF, and vector files (AI, EPS, or SVG), depending on your project needs.

  • Do you work with existing brand elements?
